All the leafs are brown, and the sky is gray (semana 27)

 "Ive been for a walk on a winters day. I'd be safe and warm if i was in LA" .... California dreaming on such a winter day

Sorry, we deal with humor here...

Saturday morning, as I was getting ready for the day, I turned on a couple conference talks and one of the talks that I listened to was "take up your cross" given by Élder Ulisses Soares in Ocober 2019. I would like to challenge yall to read this talk and send me an email of what yall liked! Por favor 🙏

One of my favorite parts of this talk says. "as we continually strive to overcome our challenges, God will bless us with the gifts of faith to be healed and of the working of miracles. He will do for us what we are not capable of doing for ourselves."

Although it may be a challenge to take upon us our cross, God knows we can do it! We have some amazing cheerleaders on the side helping us carry our cross. I think of Ephraims rescue when the angels are shown pushing the handcart while the pioneers are pulling. We always have people on the other side just waiting to help!

This weekend, I got a blessing from my District leader, Elder Eberheart, and one of the things that stuck out to me the most is that my Nana is with me and has been with me for the duration of my mission so far! I have been able to feel so many spirits with me but Nana and Papa have been with me pretty consistently for the past 6 months.

The Redlands temple was so fun! Me and my compañeras de cuarto did endowments and the other sisters in Ontatio West did sealings. I was a little jealous I didn't get to do sealings but was super excited to be back at the temple nonetheless.

I had an awesome exchange with my beautiful STL hermana Larsen! She is the cutest! She kept saying how we're the same person just flipped of each other 😂 I led out the area and it was a much needed exchange for the area. We did so many stopbys that day and they were very effective!

I took what I learned from hna Larsen and finished the week out with trying to put in the most effective stopbys for our area. We were able to get so many EHVs set up and it was awesome!

Okay... twas a short week and we really didnt do a lot... this week is Zone Conference so hopefully ill have more to write about next week!!

Escritura de la semana...

Alma 25:23

23 For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do.

23 Porque nosotros trabajamos diligentemente para escribir, a fin de persuadir a nuestros hijos, así como a nuestros hermanos, a creer en Cristo y a reconciliarse con Dios; pues sabemos que es por la gracia por la que nos salvamos, después de hacer cuanto podamos;

Okay! Have an amazing week! Mostly because I said so but mainly because you want to!
