 This week was a crazy busy week! Looking back at it, there was only 1 day we did NOT leave the zone 🙈 😂 whoops. We spent almost everyday in Riverside or Ontario West between Zone conference and STL exchanges. 

We were supposed have DCM on Tuesday but because we dont live with elders, no one told the sisters so we showed up but no one else showed... 🙃 our District Leader finally texted and said no DCM so that was fun. 

We did a skills conference for zone conference this transfer and it was so fun! We had 6 rotations and we went around the trainings with our zone! This transfer we have been focusing on memeber work and keeping the memebers involved so our zone conference was centered around figuring out ways to get our members involved! Our zone leaders were in one of the rotations and their training was my one of my favorites. I have to say that Sister Hendricksons rotation was my favorite though! She is the cutest! 

We went to our district leaders baptism on Saturday and the elders friend who got baptized was so cute! She had been taught since 2023 and finally finished the lessons! She was super sweet and excited to be baptized. I LOVE being able to teach people about the gospel and see the joy the gospel brings to each and every one of them! 

One of our STLs has had a migraine for a while so we did like 3 exchanges this week so their areas lessons could happen. I say we but really it was our roommates who went on exchanges but theyre on bike so we had to drive them to and from ontario so they could do their exchanges. Twas awesome! 

It was a pretty laid back week aside from that so here we are. We are on the find grind stronger than before. We cleared our area book so that was fun and now were on the lookout for more new friends. 

We did have conferencia de estaca ayer! That was super fun! We had Elder David Clark from the 70 out to talk to us! We also had a little spanish session before the general session so that was fun! There are 2 spanish wards in the Stake and in those 2 wards, we have 10 missionaries! I thought that was a lot haha.

Its a shorter email this week haha. Lo siento, pero mi mente es vacio jaja.

Lemon boy and me...

  "Started to get along, together.."  Just kidding... my "lemon boy" and I still have not found a way to "get along" (work together). I want something and they want something else. How come all the best things fall apart

 "And it started pretty slowly..." The song has nothing to do with the email this week... I just wanted to use a Benson Boone song... sooo.... yeah Happy Monday! I hope your week has been great! Send me an email! I'd love to hear about it!  This past week for me was great? I don't know... I'm really bad about feeling feelings. I will apologize in advance as my thoughts are all over the place. So be grateful that I can compose half comprehensible sentences.  Last Monday, I got it approved from the Pres to go buy an acoustic guitar today so hopefully we can find the time to do that! I have been playing my comps guitar but, come time for transfers, I may not be with her and won't, for sure, have a guitar to play to fill my time.  Tacos, tacos, and MORE tacos! Am I complaining? Absolutely not! We have had street tacos almost every single night and I love them! One of the families we ate with had something close to like a taco bar... they had like 4 different meats...

Even when the dark comes crashing through...

  "When you need a friend to carry you, when youre broken on the ground, you will be found"  You will be found from dear evan hansen has been stuck in my head for the past couple days and I'm not sure why... am I complaining? No. Not at all. We all at times need a friend to carry us through the dark times and when we find ourselves broken on the ground. I guess that is the cool thing about missionary work.  God has prepared so many people for me to find and to teach about His Gospel! I get to be the friend to carry them through the dark times and when they are "broken on the ground". I hate being social but I LOVE helping others. One full transfer in and I have already found so many amigos who just need a friend to carry them through their hard times! And to help them find joy in the Gospel and growing their relationship with God!  Hola Tonotos (see attatched picture at the end)... Our barrio had a fiesta on Saturday! It was a culture celebration!
