This week has been crazy! A week full of lasts! Lots of emotions but surprisingly not a lot of tears. This weeks email is going to be a little different because I don't have my personal phone so no quotes and songs. And probably no pictures. 

This week definitely felt like the longest but shortest week so far! Our schedule was so packed so it made the days go by so much slower but it was Monday one day, I blinked, and soon enough it was Sunday. 

You're receiving this email a day earlier because in like 12 hours I will be on a flight back up to the estados unidos! ): no me quiero. And we will see what day my PDay ends up being when I make it to California.

Being here in the CCM has been such an experience! Good and bad. It's crazy to think only 2, maybe 3 weeks ago I was on the phone with my mom, on the verge of tears, because I wanted to come home and now I am so ready to get to California and spread the gospel to those who want to hear! 

Some highlights of the week... I recieved my last priesthood blessing while being here! That was kind of sad! But I was able to receive it from one of our zone leaders, Elder Jackson, and I found out it was his first so that was pretty special. The power of the holy ghost when receiving blessings is so strong and I love it whether I am the one getting the blessing or if it is someone else. I adore the power of the priesthood and the Elders who are able to give the blessings. 

We had to say goodbye to our teachers, district, and as the STLs all of our amazing districts we welcomed in. I am truly going to miss every single one of you! Te amo!! Mucho! 

I ended up spraining my ankle yesterday which is great. It's genuinely pretty crazy! So now I get to start my mish feeling great having pain in my knee and ankle! Wooo! 

I joined the choir again for Sunday devo and it was honestly so fun! I have loved my time here in Mexico and I am so sad to be leaving but I am so excited to start my journey in Cali. 

I love every single person I have met while being on my mission and cannot wait to keep up with them throughout and after though!

  "Started to get along, together.."  Just kidding... my "lemon boy" and I still have not found a way to "get along" (work together). I want something and they want something else.  "And it started pretty slowly..." The song has nothing to do with the email this week... I just wanted to use a Benson Boone song... sooo.... yeah Happy Monday! I hope your week has been great! Send me an email! I'd love to hear about it!  This past week for me was great? I don't know... I'm really bad about feeling feelings. I will apologize in advance as my thoughts are all over the place. So be grateful that I can compose half comprehensible sentences.  Last Monday, I got it approved from the Pres to go buy an acoustic guitar today so hopefully we can find the time to do that! I have been playing my comps guitar but, come time for transfers, I may not be with her and won't, for sure, have a guitar to play to fill my time.  Tacos, tacos, and MORE tacos! Am I complaining? Absolutely not! We have had street tacos almost every single night and I love them! One of the families we ate with had something close to like a taco bar... they had like 4 different meats...

Even when the dark comes crashing through...

  "When you need a friend to carry you, when youre broken on the ground, you will be found"  You will be found from dear evan hansen has been stuck in my head for the past couple days and I'm not sure why... am I complaining? No. Not at all. We all at times need a friend to carry us through the dark times and when we find ourselves broken on the ground. I guess that is the cool thing about missionary work.  God has prepared so many people for me to find and to teach about His Gospel! I get to be the friend to carry them through the dark times and when they are "broken on the ground". I hate being social but I LOVE helping others. One full transfer in and I have already found so many amigos who just need a friend to carry them through their hard times!
