A very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year! (Semana 25)
"Lets hope it's a good one, without any fear"
Merry Christmas yall! and Happy New Year since that's in 2 days. It's crazy to think that it'll be 2025 in less than 48 hours
The past 6 months of this year have felt like they slipped from my grasp too quick. June went by way too quick with work and mission prep, July didn't feel real being stuck at home for 2 weeks and then magically being in Mexico, August also feels like a fever dream, and then I've been in California since... They say as a missionary, the days drag on but the weeks zoom right by, which I have noticed is so true.

They say as a missionary, the days drag on but the weeks zoom right by, which I have noticed is so true. This week was one of those weeks that went by pretty slow though haha. It was Christmas week so finding and teaching went by pretty slow... no one wanted to have a lesson so that sucked
We did have quite a few successful stopbys with inactives and our friends!
We did have quite a few successful stopbys with inactives and our friends! On Christmas eve, we went to a members home from the English sisters ward! The Beihns gave us so many gifts! We had dinner with them and played so many games. We were there for almost 2 hours which was crazy!
I got to call home on Wednesday which was super fun! It was a strange experience being away from home for the holiday. I got an awesome stocking from "Santa" which actually came from Buddy the Elf (which actually came from the members in our mission boundaries)! It was awesome! I also got some awesome gifts from some amazing ward members from home and from mom and dad! We had a 5 course meal with the Garcias who also had me sing a solo for the Facebook page and then Hna Garcia had the elders join me for 2 other songs.
We had dinner with one of our friends! Hallel was so excited to feed us which was so fun. She is truly the best! She made us homemade tamales which she was super excited about and we had Costco pizza too!
I had my awesome roommate Sister Harper trim my ends. She was excited to do it but I think the 3 other sister's in the apartment were pretty nervous.
Our second hour of church yesterday, we did like a blitz finding thing. Obispo had names of members that everyone got assigned to go visit and invite to church next week. Our hours are changing next week to the later times so that will be nice but strange at the same time.
32 And I also remember that thou hast said that thou hast prepared a house for man, yea, even among the mansions of thy Father, in which man might have a more excellent hope; wherefore man must hope, or he cannot receive an inheritance in the place which thou hast prepared.
Okay! Have the most amazing week! Mostly because I said so but mainly because you want to!!!

Games at the Beihn's
Christmas breakfast. The G was backwards and broken so we couldnt flip it
We got Kicked out of our apartment so the office Elders could fix our beds which were stationed in the living room.
